VICO Real Estate was founded by Gerhard Bulla, a German general contractor from Rosenheim, Bavaria. His 30 years of construction and real estate experience includes more than 10 years in the Dominican Republic where he is known for his fairness, professionalism and attention to detail.

VICO real estate has put together a carefully selected team of architects, craftsmen, notaries and lawyers to guarantee that each real estate transaction proceeds smoothly in this Caribbean paradise.

Our knowledge of the real estate market on the north coast of the Dominican Republic is incomparable. We have an extensive inventory of available homes and apartments for sale or rent as well as commercial spaces, building lots and farms for sale.

Gerhard Bulla speaks fluent Spanish and English in addition to his native German. Other members of our team can assist you in either Russian or Swedish.
